These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern this online auction and define the legal relationship between you (“Bidder”) and the Auctioneer(Chip Glennon). By registering and placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. All parties are expected to comply fully with these provisions.

If firearms are offered, federal law requires that bidders be at least eighteen (18) years of age. A valid state-issued photo ID and paid receipt will be required at pickup.

1. Registration

To participate in this auction, you must create an account with a username and password and register with a valid credit card. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You agree that all information provided during registration is true and accurate. Providing false information may result in permanent suspension from participation in future auctions.

2. Bidder Verification & Financial Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the financial ability to complete any purchase resulting from your bids. The Auctioneer reserves the right to require proof of funds, identity verification, or additional financial qualification at any time. The Auctioneer may approve, deny, or revoke bidding privileges at its sole discretion.

3. Credit Card & Payment Requirements

A valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card must be associated with your account and have sufficient available funds. Failure to authorize payment may delay or deny registration approval.

Invoices exceeding $3,000 must be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer. Credit cards will not be accepted for amounts over $3,000. Titled items must be paid via cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer. Titles will be held for ten (10) days.

Purchases of coins or precious metals over $500 must be paid via cash or wire transfer.

4. Bidder Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping all account information—including contact and payment details—accurate and current at all times.

5. Conduct of Sale

All bids are conducted in United States Dollars. You agree not to interfere with auction operations or use any technology that disrupts the sale. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute auction content without written consent.

8. Outbid Notifications

9. Bidding Errors

All bids must be reviewed carefully prior to submission. Any bidding error must be reported immediately via email prior to auction closing.

10. Timeliness of Error Reporting

Bidding errors must be reported before the auction begins closing. Errors reported after closing begins will not be corrected.

11. Fraud & Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

12. Auction Modifications

The Auctioneer reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or combine lots; adjust bidding increments; cancel or reschedule auctions; or make any changes necessary.

13. Auction Closing Process

This auction utilizes a staggered and dynamic closing system.

Staggered Closing: Items close at a rate of approximately three (3) per minute.
Dynamic Closing: Bids placed within the final two (2) minutes extend the closing time.

14. Winning Bids

Winning bidders are legally obligated to complete their purchase. Notification will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to monitor your email.

15. Binding Contract Formation

At the close of the auction, the high bid—once accepted—constitutes a legally binding contract under Missouri law.

No contingencies (including financing, inspection, or approval) apply unless explicitly stated. Failure to sign additional documents does not invalidate the contract.

16. Payment Terms & Enforcement

At the conclusion of the auction, the credit card on file may be charged for all or part of the purchase price and applicable fees.

The Auctioneer reserves the right to require deposits, wire transfers, or additional verification prior to release of items.

Failure to complete payment constitutes a breach of contract and may result in:

  • Suspension of bidding privileges
  • Forfeiture of deposits

You agree not to dispute or charge back valid charges related to this auction.

17. Buyer’s Premium

A thirteen percent (13%) buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases.

18. Default & Resale

Failure to complete payment constitutes default. The Auctioneer may resell items and recover any deficiency, costs, and fees. The Auctioneer may also pursue specific performance or monetary damages under Missouri law.

19. Pickup, Removal & Transportation

Buyers are solely responsible for the safe and timely pickup and removal of items.

Items not picked up within designated times will be considered abandoned. Any damage caused during removal is the responsibility of the bidder.

20. Abandoned or Unclaimed Items

Unclaimed items may be resold, stored, or disposed of at the bidder’s expense.


21. Non-Delivery Claims

Claims must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of discovery.

22. Dispute Resolution & Venue

Disputes under $5,000 will be handled in Small Claims Court in Clay County, Missouri. Larger disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

All claims must be handled individually. Venue is exclusively Clay County, Missouri.

23. Interim Relief

The Auctioneer may seek temporary or preliminary legal relief as necessary.

24. Limitation of Liability

The Auctioneer’s liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price.

The Auctioneer is not liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Consequential damages
  • Third-party actions
  • System or platform malfunctions

25. Platform Transparency & Competitive Bidding Acknowledgment
